Highly-skilled and experienced Conwal & Associate's Cathy Walsh a former Central Queensland University (CQU) lecturer is currently undertaking a Doctorate of Education.

With a diverse background beginning as a classroom teacher before moving into roles as an assessor and workplace trainer, frontline manager, and e-learning specialist, Cathy has a passion for learning that has seen her entire career revolve around improving the learning outcomes of others.

Today, she is dedicated to running Conwal & Associates, a successful Distance College currently offering over 60 specialised courses.

With a Bachelor Degree in Adult and Vocational Education (Griffith University), and the Master of Learning Management (CQU), Cathy now facilitates the Master of Learning Management course within the Faculty of Education and Creative Arts at CQU.

Cathy is untiring in her quest to deliver state-of-the-art learning options to suit students and organisations looking for an alternative to the traditional methods of education.

Cathy has been at the helm of Conwal and Associates since its 2004 inception, and continues to drive the company towards success in providing e-learning options for Australian students and companies who are interested in improving their training and educational outcomes.

  Cathy Walsh is the Company Director, a former Central Queensland University (CQU)  lecturer.

   

  In her positions, Cathy has delivered and assessed on courses across a wide range of levels in education and across a range of courses.

   

  These have included; Assessor and Workplace Trainer, Frontline Management, Learning Management, Small Business Management, Local Government, Office Administration and Information Technology. Theses positions have been at National and International education establishments ranging from Private and Public Training Organisations and most recently the Department of Education & Training (DET) Queensland Government.

   

  Cathy is a Registered Teacher and Nationally Recognised and Accredited Senior Recognition of Prior Learning Assessor (SRPL) and a . Cathy also holds prestigious university qualifications ranging from a Bachelor Degree in Adult and Vocational Education (Griffith University), and the Master of Learning Management (CQU).

   

  Cathy is currently undertaking a Doctorate of Education through (CQU) specialising in the fields of; e-learning, vocational education and learning management which encompasses a variety of workplaces and other vocational settings ranging from private, public, local state and federal government organisations.
